As a person-centered therapist and empathy as my overarching approach, I respect each individual and their unique life experiences. I come from a place of genuine curiosity and desire to connect.

Working together, I use a variety of therapeutic techniques that include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused, talk therapy, art and play therapy while incorporating your very own strengths. I have helped children and adults with finding peace on their journey and overcoming life challenges.
