Empathy-Centered Practice is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily give us via email or through other direct contact with you. We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our business unless you provided a written Release of Information Form signed by all required parties or if disclosure is required by law.
In general, the third-party providers used by us to support this website functions will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us, for example, providing scheduling for free consultations. However, certain third-party service providers who perform services for us have their own privacy policies in respect to the information being processed by them.
